We're looking for an experienced strategist to support our AI consulting practice and shape our company's strategic direction. This hybrid sales and delivery role combines hands-on client work with practice building and business development.
What You'll Do
Client Delivery
- Design and facilitate high-impact AI strategy workshops for enterprise leadership teams
- Guide C-suite clients through discovery and ideation to identify transformative AI opportunities
- Translate workshop outcomes into actionable implementation plans and client engagements
Business Development
- Develop compelling marketing and sales materials that communicate our AI capabilities
- Define target client profiles and engagement strategies
- Build scalable frameworks for assessing and presenting AI opportunities
Practice Leadership
- Train and mentor team members in workshop facilitation and strategic consulting
- Build repeatable processes and materials to support practice growth
- Contribute to company strategy and growth initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years in technology strategy, software consulting, or related fields (AI/automation experience preferred)
- Proven track record leading strategic initiatives and consulting engagements
- Experience engaging with C-suite and executive teams
- Strong workshop design and facilitation skills
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear, actionable outputs
- Track record in sales or business development
- Experience with team leadership and mentoring
