We've had a wonderful time with our interns Julie and Rebecca this summer. They've been doing great work and we hope we've managed to teach them a few things during their time here. We'll be sorry to see them go next month but in the meantime we've got a few weeks left to enjoy having them around.
Since we were curious, we asked Julie and Rebecca to put together a Substantial Session of songs indicative of their tastes (which of course makes them spokespeople for their entire generation). We had our reservations, unsure of what we'd get in return, but the resulting playlist isn't at all what we feared, instead featuring a healthy diversity of newer and classic selections. When it comes to music the kids may be alright after all.
